Terms of Service
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Pennoratory LLC ("we", "us"), which runs Kenso at kenso.space. By creating an account, uploading a file, or leaving a comment, you agree to them.
1. The service
Kenso hosts HTML pages, PDFs and images ("deliverables") so people can review them and leave comments, and lets AI tools send deliverables and read comments through our MCP server and API. Reviewers can view and comment on any link shared with them without an account. The free tools create links that expire after 7 days unless claimed into an account.
2. Accounts
You need to give a real email address and keep your password and API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything an AI tool does with an API key you created. Tell us at support@kenso.space if you think someone else has access.
3. Trials and paid plans
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. When it ends, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe: links keep working for reviewers for about 30 days, but you can't add projects or versions. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, renew automatically, and can be cancelled any time; cancelling stops the next renewal. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Except where the law requires, payments are non-refundable.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload and to your comments. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, render and show that content to the people who have the link, only to run Kenso. Anyone with a review link can see the deliverable and its comments, so don't share links to things that must stay secret. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break it, without notice when there is a risk to others (for example phishing or malware).
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Kenso infringes your copyright, email abuse@kenso.space with the link, the work you own, and your contact details. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Kenso running and your files safe, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and you should keep your own copies of important files. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut Kenso down we will give you at least 30 days to export your files.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Kenso at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@kenso.space. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its deliverables, links and comments are deleted too.
9. Disclaimers and limits of liability
Kenso is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that is more.
10. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or your breach of these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
11. Law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. If we change them in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Questions: support@kenso.space.
