Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

This explains what Pennoratory LLC collects when you use Kenso, why, and what you can do about it. We don't sell personal data and we don't show ads.

What we collect

  • Account holders: name, email, a hash of your password (never the password itself), and your plan and billing status.
  • Reviewers: the name you type when you first comment, your comments, and where you pinned them. Reviewers don't need an account; the name is also remembered in your browser.
  • Content: the files you or your AI tools upload, and the comments on them.
  • Technical data: IP addresses and request logs, used to run the service, limit abuse and fix problems.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies and browser storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores a few things locally: your reviewer name, keys that let you edit your own comments, and keys that let you claim free links you made. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To host your deliverables and show them, with comments, to people who have the link.
  • To send account emails (confirming your email, resetting your password) and comment notifications, which you can turn off.
  • To bill paid plans, prevent abuse, and keep Kenso secure.

Who processes it for us

  • Render: application hosting (USA)
  • Supabase: database (USA)
  • Cloudflare: file storage, DNS, and sending and forwarding email
  • Stripe: payments, tax and invoicing

Data is stored in the United States. If you are outside the US, it is transferred there under standard contractual safeguards offered by these providers.

How long we keep it

  • Account data and your deliverables: until you delete them or your account.
  • Unclaimed free-tool links: deleted, with their files, about a week after they expire.
  • Sign-in sessions: 30 days. Password-reset links: 1 hour.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@kenso.space. Reviewers can ask us to delete their comments the same way. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Kenso isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell account holders before it takes effect. Questions: support@kenso.space.
